All purpose flour - 2 cups
Mango pulp - 1 cup
Eggs - 4
Melted butter – 1/3 cup
Sugar – 1 cup
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease the cake pan.
- Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Keep it aside.
- Melt the butter in microwave just for 20-25 seconds and let it cool down completely. Add eggs into mixing bowl and beat them nicely. Add in sugar and beat till sugar dissolves. Now, add butter and milk. Beat this mixture for about 10 minutes. Then start adding little quantity of dry ingredients at a time and mix well. Finally add mango pulp and mix gently.
- Pour batter in a pan and bake the cake for about 35 minutes.
