Besan / Gram flour - 2 tbsp
Cilantro - 1 cup (Finely chopped)

Oil/ghee - for frying.
- Take wheat flour and besan in a mixing bowl. Add cumin seeds, carom seeds, turmeric powder, ginger and chili paste, and salt to taste. Add 1 tsp of oil and mix well. Remove all lumps. Now, add chopped cilantro and yogurt. Mix it really well and start kneading the dough by adding little water at a time.Consistency of the dough should be soft. Cover the dough with cotton towel and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
- Make a medium sized ball, dip into flour and roll it evenly. Roast it from both the sides nicely by applying ghee / oil. Serve with tomato chutney or pickle.
