Apple - 1
Banana - 1
Milk - 1 + 1/4 cup
Sugar - 4 tsp (adjust as per your taste)
Blanched almonds - 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
- Peel the apple and cut into small pieces. Add chopped apple, sliced banana, milk, blanched almonds and sugar in a blender. Blend till mixture turns frothy.
- Add cardamom powder and mix well. Keep in a refrigerator at least for half hour. Serve chilled.
