2 cups cooked leftover rice
1 cup leftover besan curry
1/2 cup rice flour
1/2 cup wheat flour
1 onion - finely chopped
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp carom seeds
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/4 cup cilantro - finely chopped
salt to taste
- Take leftover rice in a mixing bowl. Mash rice little bit and add all above ingredients. Add little water and mix well.
- Add 1 tsp oil in a pan. Pour two ladle of batter. Swirl the ladle in circular direction like a dosa. Pancake should be little thick. Cover the pan and let it cook for 2-3 minutes. Turn pancake to other side and roast nicely. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or pickle.
