4 chicken leg pieces
4 tsp thick yogurt
1 tsp paprika
salt to taste
half tsp coriander powder
half tsp of cumin powder
half tsp of turmeric powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp of chicken tandoori masala
4 tsp of lime juice
2 tsp of oil
- For marination take yogurt in mixing bowl. Add coriander powder, cumin powder, paprika, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, chicken tandoori masala and salt to taste.
- Make some vertical slits on chicken and pour that mixture. Apply evenly all over the pieces and let them marinate for 2 hours in refrigerator.
- Preheat oven at 400 degrees F and let the chicken roast for 40-45 mins. Keep changing the sides after every 15 mins.
- Once the chicken is roasted, heat up 2 tsp of oil in frying pan and shallow fry the pieces for 3-4 mins. Keep adding few drops of lemon juice and pinch of tandoori masala on all the pieces while frying.
- Garnish with cilantro.
